13.Any person submitting a false sworn statement pursuant to section 8 of P.L.1997, c.100 (C.45:11-24.4) shall be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000, which may be assessed by the New Jersey Board of Nursing. L.1997,c.100,s.13; amended 1997, c.284, s.12.
