§ 45:16A-1 — Short title.
New Jersey·Title 45 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS
1.Sections 1 through 28 of this act shall be known and may be cited as "The State Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contracting License Law." L.2007, c.211, s.1.
