If the federal government initiates an action or notifies the Commissioner of Human Services of any action it may take that affects any wages or term and condition of employment in a county welfare agency, the commissioner shall consult with the county welfare agency and authorized employee organization which potentially may be affected with regard to the position on the federal action that the commissioner takes. L.1984, c. 14, s. 3, eff. March 8, 1984.
