§ 44:7-41 — Application for assistance for permanent and total disability
New Jersey·Title 44 POOR
All persons wishing to make application for assistance for the permanently and totally disabled shall have opportunity to do so and assistance shall be furnished with reasonable promptness to all of such persons who are found eligible. L.1951, c. 139, p. 594, s. 4.
