§ 44:1-41 — Voting.

44:1-41. If the voter makes an x or + mark in ink or pencil in the square at the left of the word "YES," it shall be counted as a vote in favor of the acceptance of the resolution. If the voter makes an x or + mark in ink or pencil in the square at the left of the word "NO," it shall be counted as a vote against the acceptance of the resolution, and if no mark is made in either square it shall not be counted as a vote either for or against the acceptance of the resolution. Amended 1994,c.77,s.22.
