In any case in which the membership of a county welfare board is increased by two additional citizen members appointed pursuant to the authority conferred by section 1 of this act (R.S. 44:1-11), the terms of office of the additional members first appointed shall be one for a term of 4 years, and one for a term of 5 years, with such terms to be designated by the board of chosen freeholders in making such appointments. L.1972, c. 105, s. 2, eff. July 27, 1972.
