§ 43:8C-8 — Rules by Director of Division of Pensions and Benefits.

8.The Director of the Division of Pensions and Benefits in the Department of the Treasury may adopt rules to effectuate the purposes of this act in accordance with the provisions of the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.). L.1999,c.59,s.8.
