Text

Only service as a law enforcement officer which was rendered by a member before the date of the establishment of this pension fund, or since he became a member, or since he last became a member in case of a break in service, shall be considered as creditable for the purposes of this act. L.1953, c. 423, p. 2126, s. 4.
