New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
From and after the date of becoming a beneficiary of this pension fund no member shall be eligible for, or receive, retirement benefits under sections 43:4-1, 43:4-2 and 43:4-3 of the Revised Statutes. L.1953, c. 423, p. 2137, s.
