33.Whenever a committee of the Public Employees' Retirement System, the Teachers' Pension and Annuity Fund, or the State Police Retirement System fails to render a decision on a matter before the committee because it has not received a vote of the majority of the committee members after 60 days have passed following the initial consideration of the matter, the committee shall utilize a super conciliator, randomly selected from a list developed by the New Jersey Public Employment Relations Commission. The super conciliator shall assist the committee based upon procedures and subject to qualifications established by the commission pursuant to regulation.
