§ 43:23-11 Compliance.
New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
11.The State Treasurer, or the Treasurer's designee, shall ensure that any individual retirement account products proposed for inclusion in the marketplace comply with the requirements of section 5 of this act. L.2015, c.298, s.11.
