Text
For the purpose of forming such a corporation, the health officer or other chief officer or person in charge of such employees, shall notify every employee of the local board or department of health to attend a meeting to be held not less than five days after the giving of the notice, to consider the formation of a corporation in accordance with this chapter. The notice shall be in writing and specify the time and place of the meeting of the employees. If two-thirds of the employees present at the meeting vote in favor of forming the corporation they shall adopt a resolution to that effect and choose a name for the corporation.
