§ 43:15A-86 — Effective dates
New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
This section and sections 1, 2 and 3 of this act shall take effect immediately. Sections 4 and 5 of this act shall take effect December 31, 1954. All other sections of this act shall take effect January 2, 1955. L.1954, c. 84, p. 525, s.
