§ 43:15A-1 — Extension to governmental units having no retirement system
New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
The State agency, established under chapter 253, laws of 1951, as amended, with the approval of the Governor, is hereby authorized and directed to enter, on behalf of the State, and of any county, municipality or school district and of any public department, board, body, commission, institution, agency, instrumentality or authority of, or in, the State and of, or in, any county, municipality or school district in the State, into an agreement with the U.
