§ 43:15A-83 — Other pension laws not affected
New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
Nothing contained in this act shall affect any policeman, fireman or county or municipal employee contributing to any pension fund operating under any other law. L.1954, c. 84, p. 525, s. 83.
