§ 43:15A-82 — Benefits
New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
Public employees of the counties or municipalities on behalf of whom contributions are so paid, shall be entitled to benefits under the Public Employees' Retirement System as though they were State employees. L.1954, c. 84, p. 525, s. 82.
