§ 43:15A-55 — Fraud against system a misdemeanor
New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
A person who knowingly makes a false statement, or falsifies or permits to be falsified any record of this retirement system, in an attempt to defraud the system as a result of such act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. L.1954, c. 84, p. 508, s. 55.
