§ 43:15A-31 — Records kept by State departments
New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
Each State department and branch of the state service not included in a department shall keep such records and, from time to time, furnish such information as the retirement system may require. L.1954, c. 84, p. 492, s.
