4.The State shall be liable for any increased cost to local government employers participating in the Public Employees' Retirement System, established pursuant to P.L.1954, c.84 (C.43:15A-1 et seq.), as a result of the provisions of this act, P.L.2001, c.127. L.2001,c.127,s.4.
