§ 43:15A-21 — Annual report
New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
The retirement system shall publish annually a report showing a valuation of the assets and liabilities of the funds created by this act, certifying as to the accumulated cash and securities of the funds and stating other facts pertaining to the system. The board shall submit the report to the Governor and furnish a copy to every employer for use of the members and the public. L.1954, c. 84, p. 487, s.
