§ 43:15A-130 — Retirement of member holding multiple positions in public employment
New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
Any member who held multiple positions in public employment covered by the retirement system, and who retired from one of these positions prior to the enactment of chapter 229, P.L.1964, shall (a) not be required to enroll from any position covered by the retirement system, or (b) if enrolled, be permitted to withdraw from the retirement system upon waiver of his rights as an active member in the system. L.1966, c. 217, s. 29, eff. Aug. 1, 1966.
