Text

The special benefits payable under the former "State Employees' Retirement System" under acts repealed by this act as they were in effect on June 30, 1953, which acts granted special privileges to certain employees, shall be continued for members or beneficiaries of the retirement system as of the effective date of this section as if such acts had not been repealed. L.1954, c. 84, p. 483, s. 13.
