§ 43:15A-117 — Previously granted pensions or benefits continued
New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
Any pension or other benefit granted from such terminated pension fund prior to termination shall be continued by the board of trustees of the Public Employees' Retirement System. L.1956, c. 169, p. 664, s. 7.
