The Chief Justice, the Associate Justices of the Supreme Court, the judges of the Superior Court, the judges of the tax court, the judges of the municipal courts and the surrogates, deputy surrogates and special deputy surrogates shall, before entering upon the execution of their respective offices, take and subscribe the following oath: "I..........................................., do solemnly swear that I will support the Constitution of this State and the Constitution of the United States, and will perform the duties of my office, faithfully, impartially and justly, to the best of my ability.
