§ 40A:67-23 — Scope of act, negotiation.

23.Anything not considered in P.L.2023, c.346 (C.40A:67-1 et seq.) but necessary for the operation of the authority shall be negotiated in the agreement between the authority and the participating counties. L.2023, c.346, s.23.
