2.As used in P.L.2023, c.346 (C.40A:67-1 et seq.): "Authority" means a regional rehabilitation and reentry center authority established pursuant to section 3 of P.L.2023, c.346 (C.40A:67-3). "Bonds" means any bonds, interim certificates, notes, debentures, or other obligations issued by the authority pursuant to P.L.2023, c.346 (C.40A:67-1 et seq.). "Center" means a regional rehabilitation and reentry center developed, maintained, and operated by an authority pursuant to section 3 of P.L.2023, c.346 (C.40A:67-3). "Inter-county agreement" or "agreement" means an agreement as provided in section 3 of P.L.2023, c.346 (C.40A:67-3), defining the rights and responsibilities of the authority and its members, as may be amended.
