40A:6-6. A federal decennial census shall be applicable to the classification of all cities within 90 days after its receipt by the Governor. L.1979, c. 181, s. 1, eff. Aug. 29, 1979. Amended by L.1981, c. 462, s. 46; 2021, c.369, s.4.
