§ 40A:5-3 — Fiscal year
New Jersey·Title 40A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
40A:5-3. The fiscal year of every local unit shall be the period for which a local unit adopts a budget, as required pursuant to the "Local Budget Law," N.J.S.40A:4-1 et seq. Amended 1991,c.75,s.25.
