Text
The Division of Local Government Services shall adopt rules and regulations to implement this act. The division may provide for a grace period of time to permit local administrators flexibility in transferring funds between accounts and for variances from the rules and regulations for the handling of small amounts of money as defined by the division. L.1979, c. 315, s. 2, eff. Jan. 1, 1981.
