Text

A local unit may establish a petty cash fund upon written application to and after approval by the director. All matters relating to the establishment, account, repayment and discontinuance of such fund shall be in the discretion of the director, who shall promulgate reasonable rules and regulations in respect thereto. L.1960, c. 169, s. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1962.
