9.The Local Finance Board in the Department of Community Affairs may adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the provisions of the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c.410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) as the Board may deem necessary to implement or administer any of its responsibilities under this act, P.L.2008, c.65 (C.40A:5-14.2 et al.). L.2008, c.65, s.9.
