§ 40A:16-10 — Qualifications of appointee to fill vacancy
New Jersey·Title 40A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
Every person appointed to fill a vacancy, either for the unexpired term or temporarily, shall have the qualifications required by statute to permit the appointee to qualify for election to office. L.1979, c. 83, s. 1, eff. April 26, 1979.
