§ 40A:12-28 — Saving clause
New Jersey·Title 40A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
Any acquisition, sale, lease or exchange made prior to the effective date of this act, pursuant to any act repealed or amended pursuant to this act, is hereby validated, confirmed and continued, except that no lease shall be renewed or extended, except in accordance with the provisions of this act. L.1971, c. 199, s. 28, eff. July 1, 1971.
