The sale by any municipality of any real property, capital improvements or personal property, or interests therein, not needed for public use by public sale to the highest bidder pursuant to the provisions of subsection (a) of section 13 of P.L.1971, c. 199 (C. 40A:12-13) may be authorized by resolution of the municipality. L.1973, c. 355, s. 1, eff. Dec. 28, 1973.
