Text

Every officer and employee of a local unit, which is the subject of a summary investigation as provided in this chapter, shall obey all orders of the judge and shall facilitate the conduct of the said investigation. A refusal or failure to obey such orders or an intentional failure to facilitate the conduct of the investigation may be punished by the judge as for contempt. L.1960, c. 169, s. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1962.
