§ 40A:16-7 — Vote required to fill a vacancy in the membership of a governing body
New Jersey·Title 40A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
An appointment to fill a vacancy in the membership of a governing body shall be by a majority vote of the remaining members of the governing body. L.1979, c. 83, s. 1, eff. April 26, 1979.
