The agent who filed the petition may, however, within ten days after service upon him of the municipal clerk's objections as provided in section 40:76-6 of this Title, apply to a judge of the Superior Court for a determination of the validity of the clerk's objections to the petition. Amended by L.1953, c. 37, p. 735, s. 245, eff. March 19, 1953.
