Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to affect the application of chapter eight of Title 2A of the New Jersey Statutes, nor shall anything herein be construed to impair the operation of chapter three of this Title. Amended by L.1953, c. 37, p. 737, s. 249, eff. March 19, 1953.
