§ 40:72-12 — Director of finance; when to act as mayor
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
The director of the department of revenue and finance shall be vice president of the board and, in case of vacancy in the office of mayor, shall perform the duties of that office.
