§ 40:68-47 — Payment of moneys to district treasurer
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
The tax collector of the municipality in which the district is situate shall pay over all money collected by him which shall have been assessed in accordance with the provisions of this act to the treasurer of the district. L.1967, c. 184, s. 21, eff. July 27, 1967.
