40:68-15. Any person aggrieved by any decision of the governing body, either granting or refusing in whole or in part application for a license as provided in section 40:68-12 of this Title, may, within thirty days thereafter, obtain a review thereof by instituting an action in the Superior Court, joining as parties defendant all persons legally interested therein. The court shall proceed in the action in a summary manner or otherwise. The judgment of the court thereon shall be final and conclusive. Amended 1953,c.37,s.235; 1991,c.91,s.389.
