§ 40:68-33 — Filing of petition
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
All such petitions shall be filed at least 15 days before the date of the election for members of the Beach Erosion Control Commission. L.1967, c. 184, s. 7, eff. July 27, 1967.
