Text

On a day designated in the ordinance creating such district, a special election shall be held in the district, to elect 3 commissioners who shall be qualified voters and residents of such district. The commissioners so elected shall hold office for 3 years and until their successors are elected. L.1967, c. 184, s. 3, eff. July 27, 1967.
