Revenues of any harbor and water-front commission created by ordinance of a municipality pursuant to the act of which this act is a supplement shall and are hereby declared to be dedicated revenues as defined in section 40:2-18 of the Revised Statutes and shall be subject to the provisions thereof. L.1956, c. 220, p. 780, s. 1, eff. Jan. 16, 1957.
