Text
The magistrate having jurisdiction over actions for the violation of other municipal ordinances shall have jurisdiction in actions for the violation of any such rule or regulation. The rules and regulations shall be enforced by the same proceedings and processes, and the practice for the enforcement thereof shall be the same as that provided by law for the enforcement of other ordinances of the municipality. L.1945, c. 282, p. 832, s. 8, eff. May 2, 1945.
