§ 40:56-89 — Annual report to municipal governing body
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
The district management corporation shall, within 30 days after the close of each fiscal year, make an annual report of its activities for the preceding fiscal year to the governing body of the municipality. L.1984, c. 151, s. 23, eff. Sept. 10, 1984.
