Any owner or owners of real estate taken for such improvement, or of any interest in such real estate, may appeal, from the amount awarded, to the Superior Court, at any time within thirty days after the confirmation, by the governing body, of the award complained of. Such appeal shall be taken in the manner prescribed in section 40:56-56 of this Title, and the matter shall be proceeded with as provided in sections 40:56-56 and 40:56-57 of this Title. Amended by L.1953, c. 37, p. 702, s. 190, eff. March 19, 1953.
