Upon the acceptance of any such award or payment of the same into the Superior Court, title to such real estate or interest therein shall vest in the municipality, which may thereupon enter upon and take possession of such real estate or interest therein and remove all persons therefrom, and a duplicate original of the report of awards as confirmed, or a copy thereof, certified by the clerk of the municipality as a true copy of the awards as confirmed by the governing body shall be recorded in the county in which such municipality is situated, in the records of deeds for such county. The officer in charge of such office shall cause the names of the owners or owner of the property taken as shown by such awards to be indexed under "grantors" in the index of deeds for such county, and the nam
