Text
No action or proceeding for injunctive or other relief shall be commenced to restrain or review an assessment or award made for any improvement, after thirty days shall have elapsed from the date of the confirmation of such assessment or award. Amended by L.1953, c. 37, p. 701, s. 187, eff. March 19, 1953.
