Text
When a municipality shall abandon a proposed improvement, or repeal the improvement ordinance, it shall make payment to owners and other parties who appeared in the proceedings, of their reasonable costs, expenses and counsel fees to be fixed by a judge of the Superior Court. Amended by L.1953, c. 37, p. 700, s. 184, eff. March 19, 1953.
